"Ali promptly replied to my initial email, made an appointment for the following day, and showed up promptly at the agreed time.  The system actually started working again later the same day that I called and the problem was likely restricted airflow to the air handler.  He checked out the system, confirmed that refrigerant levels were good, and the coil was clean.  He refused to charge for any maintenance, as he said he didn't really do anything.  he also checked out my Wi-Fi thermostat wiring and confirmed that it was correctly installed and that the unit itself was probably defective.  He gets an "A" on all accounts and I would highly recommend him!

For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
